is to connect the world as a role of international trade, hence both domestic and extraterritorial regulatory compliance will be a key to manage our business.
Unison Marine Corp., herewith commit to comply with Competition, Economic Sanction, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption and Personal Data Protection legislation.
A. Competition law
Global Competition law regime is made to maintain open market competition. Infringe Competition law will not only trigger
huge fine against the company but also criminal liability to employee. Acting as an important role of international supply chain,
Unison Marine Corp. commits to respect market competition and prohibit below illegal conduct:
1. Directly or indirectly fix price with competitors;
2. Concerted tonnage/capacity restrictions with competitors;
3. Market/Customer allocation;
4. Concerted boycott;
5. Bid Rigging;
Illegal conduct under Competition law might be subject to various conditions and formations, and all employees are encouraged to consult with
Chief Legal Officer in your daily business shall you have any doubt.
B. Economic Sanction
Economic Sanction is a mechanism, other than involving the use of armed force, to complete or partial interruption of economic relations and of rail,
sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of communication, and the severance of diplomatic relations in order to cease any threat to
the peace, act of aggression, use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, terrorism, contradiction to the basic principles of justice and human rights.
Economic Sanction may be implemented in many forms including but not limited to general embargo, financing restriction or technology ban against individuals
or a nation with extraterritorial effectiveness. Intentional violation of Economic Sanction will be sentenced up to 30 years imprisonment and US$10,000,000 fine.
Unison Marine Corp. commits not to engage or contribute in any activity and cargo transaction that could breach the UN, UK, EU and US OFAC sanction regulations and requirements.
C. Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption
Unison Marine Corp. builds up business reputation in Integrity and is known in the market of its core business culture. We commit to comply with all applicable anti-bribery laws
and regulations, including but not limited to The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and The UK Bribery Act.
All employees shall prohibit to provide, offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payment or improper gifts against government officials, individuals or
entities in any business field for or on benefit of Company, business partners or any individual including third party.
D. Personal Data Protection
Personal data exists everywhere while handling daily business. Unison Marine Corp. commits to collect personal data for a specified, explicit and legitimate purpose
and on necessary, adequate and minimum basis. EU General Data Protection Regulation equivalent standards apply and only lawful, fair and transparent process will be allowed.
